**Terms and Conditions for Toned By Cody Programs**

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in the program. By enrolling, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined below.

### **Program Cost and Payment**

1. **Payment Obligations**
   - Participants must pay the full program cost at the time of purchase. Payment plan options may be available, including:
     - **3-Month Plan:** $197 per month (total: $591).
     - **6-Month Plan:** $167 per month (total: $1,002).
     - **12-Month Plan:** $127 per month (total: $1,524).
   - By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as outlined in your plan. Failure to make any installment payment will result in removal from the program within 7 days of the missed payment.

2. **Payment Failures**
   - If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification and have 7 days to resolve the issue. If the payment is not resolved within this time frame, access to the program will be revoked.

3. **No Refunds or Cancellations**
   - All sales are final. Participants are obligated to complete all payments under the selected payment plan. No refunds or cancellations are allowed.

4. **Payment Assistance**
   - For assistance with payment details, please contact us at **tonedbycody@gmail.com**. However, this does not exempt you from your payment obligations.

5. **Payment Processing**
   - All payments are processed securely via Stripe. For payment plans, recurring payments will be automatically processed through Stripe.

1. **Program Timelines**
   - **3-Month Program:** Participants will have access to trainers, tracking tools, and resources for 3 months.
   - **6-Month Program:** Participants will have access to trainers, tracking tools, and resources for 6 months.
   - **12-Month Program:** Participants will have access to trainers, tracking tools, and resources for 12 months.

2. **Access Expiration**
   - Access to trainers, tools, and resources will terminate after the program duration concludes. No pauses or extensions are permitted.

1. **Included Services**
   - All programs include:
     - 1:1 messaging with a trainer.
     - Meal guidelines.
     - Personalized workout plans.
     - Weekly accountability check-ins via direct messages (DMs).

2. **Accountability and Progress**
   - The program is designed to provide personalized support and foster accountability. Weekly check-ins aim to empower participants with knowledge and tools for sustainable progress.

### **Participant Conduct**

1. **Code of Conduct**
   - Participants must maintain a supportive and respectful tone when interacting with trainers and other participants. Inappropriate behavior, including offensive language or spam, is strictly prohibited.

2. **Consequences for Misconduct**
   - Violations of the code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.

   - Due to the digital nature of the program, no refunds are available once the program has started. By enrolling, you acknowledge that all sales are final.
